On this page you can download a report, which includes a discussion of why we should evaluate foresight, how to construct a evaluation scheme, and finaly it presents the tool and discuss its rationals.

With the report we encouraged practitioners of foresight - and foresight-like activities - to use the evaluation scheme and to share their experiences with others, thereby contributing to the further is development of joint learning circles and to the overall quality of foresight.
